This is what a balloon and a lollipop can do to a 2 year old's mood!
He had just seen Dippy leaving with a group of friends to go Trick or Treating. I WOULD have taken Goofy out, but he refused to try on any costumes and he was afraid of all the masks!

You deprived that poor little thing of going and getting candy! He would have had so much fun.
But he got a balloon and a lollipop. Plus about half of Dippy's candy, too! I TRIED to get him a costume...HE wouldn't cooperate.
