Good Luck

First Day of Deer Season! Good luck. I think. Not sure I should say good luck to killing the cute little deer we were finding all weekend. But, then, if someone doesn't get a deer, we have to listen to the whining.......so, yeah, good luck!

I am still on the bathroom blog. I hope you don't have to pay for gas to heat your house. If so there would be a foot connecting to a butt. Not to mention freezing to death.

You know what works?? Get a how to do it yourself book and read it in front of him. Next day walk past him with HIS tools and boarding. When he asks what you are doing you tell him you are fixing the bathroom yourself. It works everytime. One you will do it and it won't be right but you did it. Two the next time you want something done and it takes too long all you have to say is "I could fix it myself." He will remember and fix it. If that doesn't work just do it yourself. Like the saying goes if you want something done right do it yourself.
I tore out every single piece of carpet in our old house when E was at work he came home to carpet in the front yard. I was sick of hearing how we needed new carpet so I did something about it.
In the new house the living room was demolished when he got home (during the remodel phase.)
Next I have been waiting for my pictures to be hung and plaques. Guess I'll have to do it myself.

I like the way you think Aunt Una and if it's going to get done she's going to have to do it! I thought he wasn't doing it because I said I couldn't come until they put a commode in upstairs because I didn't want to go to the basement in the middle of the night. Maybe I am the reason.

That doesn't work with your brother! He LIKES if I just do it myself. Less work for him that way! Plus, I really don't think I could move the tub. That is now somehow in my KITCHEN!
