Memorial Day Weekend

Rod has been bugging the life out of me to update the blog with pictures from our weekend. So here are a few pictures from last weekend on Lake Kerr.

This is a Dorkfish! We even got Goofy to say 'Dippy is a Dorkfish!'

At least he's a happy Dorkfish.

It's nighttime Dingy! What are the sunglasses for???
This is Dingy's idea of taking Sara for a walk.

And this is everyone's favorite! It was my profile picture on Facebook, but Rod really, really likes it, so I gave it to him.

I love the one of Dingy taking Sara for a walk. :) And of course, the last pic is classic!

Good pictures. Hope everyone is still healthy!

That was the only way Dingy 'walked' Sara all weekend! She wouldn't take her out after dark because we didn't allow them to ride their bikes in the dark!

So far, everyone is OK. We had 4 ticks and 3 bicycle wrecks. But sunblock was applied, so no one is really sun burned and so far no one has complained of any ear troubles, so hopefully we bypassed swimmer's ear this time.

And that last picture---I just have no words for his Goofy-ness.

You really have a combination of Kyle and Dumbledork there. Good luck!

Looks like you had a great time. I want to go camping. Who had the ticks? I just pulled a tick out from under our friends left breast (it was a guy). They called last Thurs at 11pm. Boy that thing was engorged. Scott said he had it for probably a few days. Yeah, a few days. How do you not see a tick for a FEW days?

Goofy, well there are no words for the cuteness.

Rod and Goofy each had 2 ticks. The second one I found on Rod was very little, but hung on with all he had!!

Just watch for the bulls eye. If no bulls eye you're good. Don't burn the butts though. That's what I thought a long time ago but I did research before I pulled Scott's off and it said absolutely do not burn them they will vomit poison in you or soak them with alcohol or smother with vasoline cause they can still breath through that cause they have good oxygenation. Just lift up and pull out gently and evenly. Or you could do it the way I did it
shook alot and was sweating my butt off. I didn't want to hurt him.

Eric made a funny he said if you each had ticks you would sound like a clock. Tick tick tick hahahaha get it? All right it wasn't that funny.

Yeah, Eric isn't that funny! Although, I said that Rod thought he was a chick magnet but it turned out he was just a tick magnet!
