Last Day of School?

We weren't sure if today was the last day of school for Goofy or if he missed it last week. So we got ready, but I grabbed a loaf of bread just in case we missed school. (The bread was for the geese as a back up plan.)

Here's his last day of school pic.
And this is when he realized wearing sandals in the morning gets your toes wet.

Really don't like those wet toes.

It appears we missed the last day of school. (Hope I do better for the older two!) We went to feed the geese/ducks instead. Goofy was cool with that.

There were LOTS of babies!!

The geese started crowding us and he stayed right at my feet against me! It's VERY hard to get a good picture from that angle!
The family went over the rocks and down for a swim.

There were about 3 other families of geese on the other side of the bridge, too. I don't think I have ever seen that many babies over there before. I'm almost glad we screwed up the school thing!

He is so cute! So, is Dippy's graduation on the 16th or not? Just wondering. Bet he wouldn't have minded wet toes if he had jumped in a puddle.

Yes, he graduates on the 16th.

Goofy is having issues with being wet. Even with his swim trunks on the beach!

Looks like he had a wonderful day even though you missed the last day. Plan B worked.

I learned a LONG time ago to always have a Plan B! And I had told him several times that he might not go to school, there would be no crying, we would just go feed the ducks instead. (I know they're geese, but he calls every bird a duck. And every bug a bee.) It worked!

Now I hope all the talk about how next weekend he's going to hold a little girl's hand and walk down the aisle of a church works, too.

As long as there is no water going down the aisle.
