We got on our way to South Carolina around noon today. We were about a half hour from the North Carolina State Line when the van started driving funny. Rod was trying to figure out what was wrong, and luckily we saw an exit with a service station right there. We pulled off and discovered we had a nice flat tire!! Rod first said that we did not have a spare. To which he got yelled at cause he had made me drive the van to PA last month and I asked him what if that had been me that got a flat!! Then he said we had a spare, he just didn't want to use it. I think he either doesn't have a spare and didn't want yelled at anymore, or he just didn't want to change his own tire!!

And all fixed!!! It made it the rest of the way to South Carolina. We arrived safely in Myrtle Beach around 8:00.
We got a room and then grabbed some dinner at Planet Hollywood. There will be some pics of that later!! We also had the kids take some Old Time Photos and tomorrow they're going to try the zip lines and some rope climbing thing. LOTS of pictures are still ahead from this little adventure. Oh, and I checked the weather. Tomorrow is supposed to be warm and sunny so it's our outside day. Friday is going to rain, so we might go to the Ripley's aquarium and try to find some other fun indoor things to do.
