Wedding Rehearsal

The wedding rehearsal was Friday night. Everything seemed to go pretty smoothly.

He never held the little girl's hand, but he at least sort of walked with her when and where they told him to.

I figured I better put a picture of hte bride in here. I guess it wasn't ALL about Goofy!

Strings Concert

Dingy had her last strings concert on Thursday night. Next year, she'll be in the chorus. I think.

This is before the concert when she was trying to ignore me and Rod. I don't know why. We were sitting in the top row of the bleachers yelling and waving at her. She was pretending not to see us. How rude.

This is the chorus. I was trying to get a few pictures of Cassie, too. And Dingy's friend Alyson is in chorus. Cassie's sort of in the middle. She's the girl wearing the white shirt. :)

I'm Behind. I know!

OK. So I know I am a little behind in the blogging thing. We just got back from the weekend in PA, and I am importing pictures from my camera as I type this. I have over 120 pictures to import! I will try to get some of them on the blog by tomorrow. I need to start way back on last Thursday and Dingy's strings concert. (Yes Dingy, I know. Cassie's Mom already blogged her chorus pictures!) Then we have the rehearsal and wedding pictures to get up! So stay tuned. They're coming. (Unlike Fodder for Conversation who still hasn't posted any Hershey pics yet!!)

Sonic Floats!!

We got out free root beer floats. OK. The boys got their free root beer floats. Dingy had a smoothie and Rod and I had milkshakes. But we went to Sonic!!!! :)

Guess where we are going tomorrow night. Sonic is giving away a free 10 oz root beer float tomorrow night (Wednesday, June 3) from 8pm til midnight! Dippy saw this commercial a few days ago and started pestering me. He wasn't positive of the date until he saw the commercial again tonight. So I guess after his guitar lesson, we'll be heading down to Fredricksburg!

What the Heck Goofy

Yesterday, when we were getting ready to leave the beach, we stopped at a bench to put our shoes back on and get ready to hike back to the van. We were waiting on Dippy, and not really paying attention--just looking around. Dippy starts picking up his towel and asking where his other shoe is. We knew we had all the shoes when we sat at the bench, so we knew it had to be close. That's when we heard the giggling from behind the bench. Goofy was sitting there hugging Dippy's shoe and laughing his head off! As soon as Dippy saw, Goofy took off running!!

Last Day of School?

We weren't sure if today was the last day of school for Goofy or if he missed it last week. So we got ready, but I grabbed a loaf of bread just in case we missed school. (The bread was for the geese as a back up plan.)

Really don't like those wet toes.

It appears we missed the last day of school. (Hope I do better for the older two!) We went to feed the geese/ducks instead. Goofy was cool with that.

There were LOTS of babies!!

The geese started crowding us and he stayed right at my feet against me! It's VERY hard to get a good picture from that angle!
The family went over the rocks and down for a swim.

There were about 3 other families of geese on the other side of the bridge, too. I don't think I have ever seen that many babies over there before. I'm almost glad we screwed up the school thing!

Memorial Day Weekend

Rod has been bugging the life out of me to update the blog with pictures from our weekend. So here are a few pictures from last weekend on Lake Kerr.

LOOK!! He actually looks happy!

This was one of the merit badge classes they took.

He rode a roller coaster! (Dippy and I don't really like coasters.) He's beside Adam....look closely.
