I have no clue how this happened. I walked outside today and this is what I found!
UPDATE: I posted this last night. Then this morning, I was making breakfast and Dippy was talking to me. He said that he had to impound Widget's car yesterday. Rod and Dippy built the spider web in the backyard before moving it out front. They had it on the ground tying the knots, and Widget kept running it over with his car. After being told several times to stop, Dippy impounded it. Dippy also said that Widget hasn't paid the fee, so he can't get his car back yet.
