Here's Widget's Spiderman cake. He waited and waited for this. Rod had an appointment tonight at 5, so we did cake and ice cream as soon as Goofy came home from school. I'm not sure Widget could wait much longer than that! He was asking for Spiderman ALL day!
We bought Widget and Goofy tins and filled them with candy.
We bought Widget a little ball to play with. It took Dippy a little over half an hour to blow it all up.
We went to the grocery store this morning and Goofy talked me into buying him a coloring book. He's really good at milking his birthday for everything he can.
Dippy got inside Widget's ball and chased him!
And bumped into his Dad and I!
Cake time!!!!
He took the candles and put them into his piece, and then said, "Light. Light." So I had to relight the candles for him.
Poor Marvel gets nothing. :( Maybe he'll be ready for cake when his birthday rolls around.
Dippy did give him an awesome party hat.
It rained just a little after school. But as soon as the rain was over, Goofy and Widget played with the new ball.
Marvel just can't wait til he's allowed to go out and play with the bigger kids.
